Desired Skills and Experience:
- Candidates should have knowledge in anti-virus/malware solutions.
- Candidates should have familiarity with video conferencing tools (Zoom & Hangouts Meet Preferred).
- Candidates should have strong customer service skills and great attention to detail.
- Candidates should have ability to excel in a high growth, team focused company with minimal day to day supervision.
- Candidates should have some experience using an MDM solution - preferably JAMF and/or Airwatch.
- 0-2 years of Desktop Support in a Mac/Windows environment (we are 75% Mac).
Responsibilities:
- Candidates have to provide IT Support in a mixed Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows 10 and Linux environment.
- Candidates have to manage the new hire onboarding process: set-up accounts and equipment for new employees and provide user training.
- Candidates should have manage the IT Helpdesk ticket queue using JIRA Service Desk.
- Candidates have to administer G-Suite, Okta, Microsoft Active Directory, and other corporate platforms.
- Provide meeting, A/V and VoIP support.
- Candidates have to document and update IT processes, while trying to find holes in them.
- Candidates have to familiarity with using a ticketing system to manage and solve IT issues (JIRA preferred).
- Candidates should have Manage our local and remote printers.
- Candidates have support iOS and Android devices.
