Eligibility Criteria :
Educare for Women in Tech is a six month mentorship program where students will get an opportunity to partake in an exclusive educational experience designed to enhance their skills. The program is designed to bring together talented and intellectually curious students.
Eligibility Criteria :
- The program is open for women only.
- Candidate should be in their 3rd year of a full-time 4-year engineering course.
- Candidate should be in their 2nd year of a full-time 4-year engineering course.
- Candidate should be graduating in Computer Science or related branches (IT, software engineering, etc.).
- Candidate should have strong academic record, demonstrated history of achievement, and keen interest in exploring the intersection of technology and finance.

Program structure :
- Courses will be held over the weekends. Each tech course includes six contact hours delivered by mentors over three weekends, and each non-tech course includes two contact hours delivered over one weekend.
- Learning and networking events would be conducted over weekdays, totaling two to four hours each month.
- A dedicated mentor will be assigned throughout the duration of the program for each study group comprising no more than four students.
- There will be two cohorts, one each for 2nd and 3rd year students, with up to 40 candidates in each cohort.
Selection Process :
- Candidates must submit an online application that includes the following :
- A resume or CV that includes the candidate's GPA, course of study, and any record of achievement or distinction.
- A self-nomination in which the candidates describe their interest in the opportunity and/or what makes them a compelling applicant (300 words or less).
- Shortlisted candidates will then undertake an online test that will cover general aptitude as well as basic programming questions.
- Students shortlisted from the above step will be interviewed for final selection.
