- Candidate should have programming proficiency in Data processing tools and packages – Data reformatting, merging, customized data reports and other outputs.
- Candidate should have knowledge of data Validation, SPSS labeling, Customized data reports and tables generation .
- Candidate should have good written and verbal english communication .
- Candidate should have interpersonal skills – Work Ethic, self-confidence, listening, relationship management and collaboration .
- Candidate should have quick learning adaptability to the new survey platforms and tools.
Team Work :
- Candidate should be willing to seek and offer help to co-workers.
- Candidate should share learnings with other programmers.
- Candidate should ability to work effectively independently and harmoniously within a team while communicating a can-do attitude and positive outlook.
- Candidate should must be able to work in rotations with ability to prioritize multiple, competing tasks and seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.
