Job Description & Qualifications :
- Candidate should be graduated in 2021 only.
- Candidate should have a bachelor's degree in engineering i.e. BE/BTech.
- Candidate from CS or ECE or IT departments are allowed for this drive.
- Candidate should have minimum 7.0 or 70 percenatge in graduation.
- Candidate should not have any arrears.
- Candidate should precisely understand Product design and specifications very accurately.
- Candidate should deeply understand the RDBMS,data relationships and normalization techniques.
- Candidate should develop software components with utmost quality, adopting the design with a Test driven methodolgy.
- Candidate should have to produce quality delivery, with zero defects adherence.
- Candidate should ensure appropriate use of Ford IT standards, processes, tools and methodologies.
Technical Skills :
- Candidate should be a fast learner of ERPs, Data analytics concepts and Tools.
- Candidate should have ability to learn Data spreadsheet analysis/interpretation.
- Candidate should know concept of Agile solution delivery.
- Good in PPTs, Excel for explaining business problems and solutions.
- Candidate should be adaptive to learn Reporting tools, GDIA Integrations, Qlickview - desirable only.
- Candidate should have understanding on smart design thinking and its process.
- Candidate should be a self-starter, ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Candidate should have Willingness to upskill the knowledge on-par with industry.
