Candidates strong knowledge of ETL concepts especially as applied to IBM InfoSphere DataStage and InfoSphere Data Replication tools.
Candidates should have Administration and support experience of Kofax Kapow RPA and Document capture system tools includes Open Text Captiva, BIS Grooper, Autobahn.
Candidates must have knowledge in Python/Ruby would be an added advantage.
Candidates should have goods sound database knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server.
Candidates should have hands on experience in building test cases on Junit.
Candidates should have proficiency in programming languages, such as SQL, Dot Net , Java ,Python.
Candidates should have Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software.
Candidates should have familiar with ITIL framework and Agile practices.
Candidates must have experience in supporting the application and infrastructure 24x7.
Candidates experience/knowledge of AWS cloud platform is a plus.
Candidates should have scripting like Unix /PowerShell, Python is preferable.
Candidates should have experience in writing scripts for automation of IT applications operational tasks is a plus.

Candidates have to respond to alerts and take corrective action to ensure the high availability of our production environments and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
Candidates have to Responsible for improving and documenting the technical processes around application support (using Confluence).
Candidates have to ensure the performance of daily health checks of the applications, scripts, and infrastructure.
Candidates have to run on demand scripts and provide reports to the business stakeholders.
Candidates have to perform the housekeeping activity for the application’s within maintenance window.
Candidates have to prioritize and handle service requests and incidents.
