Job Responsibilities:
- Candidates have to workstation deployments and break/fix/troubleshooting.
- Candidates have to hardware and software installations and upgrades.
- Candidates have to basic connectivity support.
- Candidates have to user support and training.
- Candidates have to perform preventive maintenance.
- Candidates have to work IT equipment and supplies procurement.
- Candidates have to printer/fax deployments and break/fix.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates should have good understanding of routers and firewall would be a plus.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of WAN/LAN networking.
- Candidates should have knowledge of Windows operating system and applications.
- Candidates should have desktop security best practices required.
- Candidates should have knowledge of remote diagnostics tools.
- Candidates should have mac operating system experience would be a plus.
- Relevant certifications would be a plus.
- Associate or Bachelor degree in a related field or IT related degree and/or combination of directly related work experience (0-2 years’ experience).
