Required Skills and Experience:
- Candidates should have knowledge of ITIL process or certification preferred.
- Candidates should have good Oral and Written communication skills.
- Candidates should have autosys / WCC knowledge for job stream monitoring.
- 0 – 4 years unix experience (Solaris / Linux) (based on job level).
- Candidates should have Computer science degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Candidates have to escalate problems..
- Candidates have to oversee the daily jobs stream.
- Candidates have to ensure all client files are transferred at proper time..
- Candidates have to ability to stay in control during stressful times.
- Candidates have able to function with minimal supervision.
- Candidates have able to prioritize tasks.
- Candidates be accountable for problems.
- Candidates be able to work under extreme pressure.
- Candidates be able to multitask and manipulate job runs.
- Candidates able to trigger Incident recovery calls (TRT)when needed.
- Candidates have to work across boundaries (work with on-shore and off-shore staff).
