Requirements:
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge in Javascript, CSS, HTML and SQL is a must.
- Candidates should have strong multitasking, prioritization skills, learning mindset and attention to detail.B.S. or B.C.A.
- Candidates should have consider current students who are able to meet the scheduling demands.
- Open for 24×7 shift.
Responsibilities:
- Candidates have to serve as the first point of contact for Taboola’s clients.
- Candidates have to timely response to incoming customer support inquiries via email and support ticketing system.
- Candidates have to communicate urgent technical issues internally and externally.
- Candidates have to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate issues internally as needed.
