Your Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot network issues of enterprise customers (US/CAN region) Effective engagement with customer (written & verbal) & ensure Customer Satisfaction Technical Support, Customer Handling.
Mandatory Skills:
- Candidates should have excellent knowledge CCNA/CCNP.
- Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication.
- Candidates should have ability to international Customer Handling skills.
