Eligibility Criteria :
- Candidate should be currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree.

- Candidate should have good communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Candidate should have experience troubleshooting technical problems in software products.
- Candidate should have experience writing scripts in Python .
- Candidate should have hands on experience in MS-Office suites.
- Candidate should have hands on experience in Linux and Windows.
- Candidate should have project or real-world experience working on Video Editing software's like Premiere, FCP, Base light.
- Candidate should have preferred Familiarity with working on project and ticket management platforms.
- Candidate should have preferred Familiarity with working on any PMS tools like Shotgun.
- Candidate should have flexible team player with a mindset of working with developers and solution architects.
- Candidate should have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
Responsibilities :
- Candidate should work on prioritized task list across multiple clients and complete them in reasonable time.
- Candidate should provide First Call Support to Production from all sites.
- Candidate should be monitoring data IO processes (Upload/Download/Syncs) to meet expectations.
- Candidate should show initiative and drive in helping build better experience for Production.
- Candidate should resolve technical issues through research, and investigation.
- Candidate should working in rotational shifts .
